I already purchased the merchandise using the previous site www.merch.1zentertainment.ph, is it still valid? 

All items purchased using the previous platform will be honored. Kindly keep your QR Code to claim your orders. If you have not received any QR codes yet, kindly email us.

How to purchase merchandise?

  • Visit our official 1Z Merch website at www.1zmerch.com
  • Choose your desired merchandise and fill in your personal information.
  • Pay using any of the available payment methods
    • Credit Cards [JSB, Mastercard, VISA]
    • Online Banking [BPI, Unionbank, RCBC]
    • eWallets: GCash, Grabpay, ShopeePay and Paymaya
  • Take note of your ORDER NUMBER and take a screenshot of your successful online payment.
An order confirmation email will also be sent. It may take several hours before you receive the order confirmation email. If you haven't received any e-mails, kindly present the screenshot of your successful payment instead.  

Notes: 
Due to our system limited capability, an over selling inventory issue might happen and your order might get refunded. A notification will be sent via email or text message.

Is there a convenience fee?
Please note that we are not charging any convenience fees.
All convenience fees charged to the customer will be refunded

Is there a limit when purchasing merchandise?
Please note that we have limited stocks available.To manage the inventory traffic, a maximum limit will be applied.

How to claim my merchandise?
  • Visit the designated claiming venue during the specified time for merchandise collection.
  • May 18 and 19, 2024 from 10am to 6pm at the Media Area, Ground Floor, Gateway 2 Mall - beside Araneta Coliseum Red Gate. On-ground directions will be available. [The previous One Zone Experience area].
  • Present your Order Number and Valid ID (government or student ID) to the staff member for verification.
  • The buyer can authorize a person to claim his or her merchandise, the authorized person should present the valid ID and QR from the original purchaser.

  • Once your order is verified, you can proceed to collect your merchandise.

I am not a ticket holder, can I still buy merchandise

Good news! Non-ticket holders are now welcome to purchase and claim our exclusive event merchandise. Whether you missed out on tickets or simply want to grab some goodies, you can now join in on the merchandise fun.

Do you ship merchandise?

As of the moment, shipping services for LSV4 and Finale Merch Bundle merchandise are unavailable.

Will there be an on-site merch selling on May 18 and 19?

Please stay tuned for further announcement. For now, we encourage everyone to pre-order.

What if I received a damaged item, what should I do?

  • You may proceed at our Merch Claiming Booth for checking and replacement. We encourage you to check your items before leaving the claiming window.
  • Kindly note that we will not replace items which are damaged or malfunctioned due to buyer’s negligence or misuse.
